Job summary

A solar solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a Solar Sales Consultant. You will manage customer accounts, engage in consultations, and conduct technical assessments for solar PV solutions. The role requires good communication and negotiation skills, along with experience in B2B and B2C sales. Basic knowledge of solar systems is essential. Solar Sales Consultant

5 days (Monday - Friday)

Location: Boon Lay

Basic Salary: $3500 - $5000 + Transport Allowance

*Entitled to Commission & Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead sales consultant for assigned cases and customer accounts.
  • Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer requirements, propose suitable solar solutions, and follow up accordingly.
  • Conduct site visits, perform measurements, and assess technical feasibility.
  • Update and refine proposals based on site visit findings.
  • Transfer and organize site photos and documentation into designated folders.
  • Create and manage chat groups with operations and administrative teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Support coordination and customer issue resolution, including assisting customers even when cases are not directly handled.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, including inverters, storage, and on-grid/off-grid setups.
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Possess B2C and B2B sales experience in residential or commercial sectors
