A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Social Worker to develop individualized care plans and implement programs for residents. The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Social Work and preferably has experience in the Social Service Sector. Working hours include Mon to Fri, with occasional Saturday work. Social Worker

• Salary : $3,500 - $4,500
• Location: Bukit Batok
• Working hours: Mon to Thursday (8am to 6pm) / (8:30am - 6:30pm)
• Friday (8am to 5pm) (8:30am - 5:30pm)
• *may need to work Saturday (once per month)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop individualise care plans for residents
• Execute the care plan and monitor progress
• Develop and implement programmes and activities to meet the residents’ care needs
• Put up 6th monthly review reports and monthly interview records for about 50 residents

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work
• Preferably experience in Social Service Sector or related field
