Key Responsibilities
- Programme Design & Delivery: Design and curate curriculum and content that are evidence-informed and grounded in social work theories, supporting children-at-risk holistically in their education, social, mental, and emotional wellbeing, self-leadership, and family strengthening through parental involvement.
- Develop and implement events and holiday initiatives to support children’s mental and emotional wellbeing, character formation, values, and life skills—especially during transitional stresses.
- Stay updated on emerging challenges, trends, and community needs to ensure programmes remain relevant, impactful, and sustainable.
- Collaborate with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to create meaningful impact for children and families-at-risk. Facilitate experiential learning workshops and sessions for children. Manage and attend to children with child-centric, trauma-informed approaches during programme sessions.
Programme Administration
- Coordinate programme logistics including materials, venues, manpower, and event flow. Manage volunteers through intentional journeying, training, and guidance, including pre-session briefings and debriefings.
- Communicate and work closely with parents, ensuring regular updates on children’s progress, key learnings, and take-home activities.
- Collect and analyse evaluation data, including outcomes tracking, feedback from volunteers/parents/stakeholders, and apply findings to strengthen programme effectiveness. Manage recruitment and exit of clients and volunteers, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and documentation requirements.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and collateral materials for internal and external stakeholders. Manage resource allocation and programme budgets, monitoring expenses to support effective delivery.
- Provide administrative support to ensure programmes run smoothly and efficiently. Undertake any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Social Work or a related field.
