A prominent social service organization in Singapore is seeking a Social Service Executive to support financially vulnerable individuals by providing assistance in understanding their maintenance and marital rights. The role involves organizing events, liaising with agencies, and conducting para-counselling. The Maintenance Support Central (MSC) is an initiative by the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO). MSC aims to empower financially vulnerable individuals to understand their marital and maintenance rights and provides them with all‑round support from our community partners.
SCWO’s Maintenance Support Central (MSC) is hiring a Social Service Executive to provide assistance and support to financially vulnerable individuals and to be involved in MSC’s day‑to‑day operations and programme management which includes Single Mothers Programme. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to be part of various advocacy projects that can make impactful changes to society!
Your primary role as a social service executive is to provide vital support to individuals in understanding their maintenance and marital rights. Additionally, your role will be to provide holistic support for clients to be empowered to be more financially independent for themselves and their children. At MSC, we also work closely with other social service agencies and government organisations to refer our clients for services that are most applicable and beneficial for them.

SCWO has more than 60 member organisations, which represent over 600,000 women, and it serves to unite them to work toward ideals of ‘Equal Space, Equal Voice and Equal Worth’ for women in Singapore.
