Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across platforms including Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), WeChat Official Account, Video Channels, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality visual and written content (e.g., graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, and integrate them into ongoing campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
- Collaborate with the education consultancy team to align social media content with company goals, events, and promotions.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to optimize future strategies.
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize ROI.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across multiple platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to cater to bilingual audiences).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred: Experience in the education industry or passion for education-related topics.
