Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns across platforms including Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), WeChat Official Account, Video Channels, Instagram, and Facebook.
  2. Create, edit, and publish high-quality visual and written content (e.g., graphics, videos, captions) tailored to each platform’s audience.
  3. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy, and integrate them into ongoing campaigns.
  4. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
  5. Collaborate with the education consultancy team to align social media content with company goals, events, and promotions.
  6. Analyze and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) to optimize future strategies.
  7. Manage paid social advertising campaigns to target specific audiences and maximize ROI.
Requirements
  1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  3. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
  4. Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices across multiple platforms.
  5. Excellent copywriting and communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to cater to bilingual audiences).
  6. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Preferred: Experience in the education industry or passion for education-related topics.
