The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the construction of luxurious bungalows and possess strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing demolition work, structural steel work, and monitoring the progress of construction works. This role ensures that all engineering records are maintained accurately and involves attending site meetings for coordination.

Responsibilities

• Experience in M&E Co-ordination is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in managing construction of luxurious bungalows.
• Possess leadership quality to supervise engineering building construction.
• To supervise demolition work.
• To supervise ERSS work.
• To supervise structural RC.
• To supervise structural steel work.
• To supervise steel fabrication and erection.
• To supervise all necessary structural tests.
• Monitor and report on the progress of works.
• Ensure records of all engineering works are updated and properly kept.
• Attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
