Qualifications

• At least more than 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in Structural Steel and M&E works would be advantageous.
• Possession of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.

Job description

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Coordinate with Engineers and Architects, and perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
• Review all M&E shop drawings from design team and submit to consultant
• Oversee and manage construction projects at various sites, ensuring work progresses according to design plans and quality standards.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Track project progress, prepare reports, and update project timelines.
• Read Relavent approved drawing and Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues.
• Collaborate with the design team to transform concepts into precise technical drawings.
• Maintain and update project drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure that drawings align with local building codes and regulations
• Responsible for M&E works such as ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc..
• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

Requirement

• At least more than 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experiences in Structural Steel will be advantageous, Interior & M&E, Construction.
• Possessed of SCWSH (BCSS) is mandatory.
• Highly proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
