Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Planning, marking out, and leveling construction sites.
  • Technical Guidance: Providing technical advice and interpreting contract design documents from architects and clients.
  • Project Coordination: Overseeing and coordinating site works and manpower, working with project managers, supervisors, architects, and designers.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensuring all construction complies with designs, specifications, and relevant regulations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Reviewing construction schedules, monitoring progress, and reporting delays or issues promptly.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborating with various professionals, including construction managers, quantity surveyors, subcontractors, and external vendors.
  • Logistics: Assisting with material selection, procurement, and logistics planning to keep the project on schedule.
Skills and Requirements
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of blueprints, construction methods, and building regulations.
