Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations, site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.
• Work closely with subcontractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Attend weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.
• Preparation of structural analysis, loading calculation and drawings.
• Establish good relationship with all relevant parties.
• Ensure site safety & compliance to authorities’ requirements.
• Liaising with authorities, client's representatives, sub‑contractors and consultants and carrying out site inspection.
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications.
• Resolving and technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / bachelor's degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or any recognized construction related field qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in local construction industry and work at site location would be advantageous.
• Willing to work for 6days per week.
• Able to speak in Mandarin and English as in liaise to speak with Mandarin and English‑speaking clients, stakeholders and colleagues.
• Possess positive attitude and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Able to supervise and lead the team members.
