About Us

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Site Engineer to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring daily site activities.
• Provide technical support to supervisors, foremen, and workers on project specifications and methods.
• Conduct site inspections, verify work quality, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and site documentation.
• Track material usage, delivery schedules, and equipment deployment.
• Enforce workplace safety and health standards in line with MOM/BCA regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant site engineering experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in site reporting and project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Strong communication skills with ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders.
• Safety-conscious, detail-driven, and solutions-oriented.
