Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all architectural works and activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with local authority submission requirements and regulatory standards.
• Enforce the Company’s Management System and site work processes.
• Manage site resources including labour, plant, and materials.
• Oversee the quality, safety, and timely delivery of architectural works according to project specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure adherence to safe work practices and promote safety culture.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on all site architectural matters.
• Provide strong leadership within the architectural work scope and guide the site team to meet project goals.
