Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to handle general administrative tasks and provide clerical support. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a main contractor environment, possess strong Microsoft Office skills, and exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. This role requires a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The position is open for immediate commencement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in main contractor companies.
  • Experience assisting with on-site documentation in building construction is advantageous.
  • Able to commence work within short notice.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including phone enquiries and office management.
  • Prepare and manage staff petty cash claims.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the team.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and keep records up to date.
  • Assist in preparing supplier payments.
  • Assist in preparing documents for audit.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

  • Maintain proper filing systems and keep records up to date for easy retrieval

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements
