📜 Must possess WSH Level C certification

We are looking for a committed and safety‑focused SHE Executive to strengthen our Safety, Health and Environment performance across our Singapore terminals. In this role, you will act as the terminal’s WSHO, Fire Safety Manager, and PFSO, while driving continuous improvement in safety standards, regulatory compliance and operational readiness. The successful candidate must be WSH Level C certified and be open to assignment at any terminal location in Singapore, as deployment may change due to rotation needs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety, Health & Environment Leadership

  • Act as the terminal’s Registered WSH Officer, Fire Safety Manager, and Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO), fulfilling all statutory duties

  • Supervise the terminal’s security team and ensure compliance with WSH, fire safety and security requirements

  • Ensure terminal operations comply with all environmental protection regulations and minimize environmental impact

  • Coordinate applications and renewals of SHE permits, licenses and statutory requirements

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Coordinate risk assessments, workplace inspections and WSH Committee meetings

  • Serve as Secretary of the WSH Committee

  • Support occupational health and industrial hygiene programs

  • Monitor, assess and report SHE performance, ensuring timely follow‑up on improvement actions

  • Oversee Permit‑to‑Work systems, monitoring records and documentation

Training & Development

  • Support SHE training programs for all employees and contractors

  • Develop workers’ competencies in safety, health and environmental practices

  • Engage contractors to drive continual improvement in their SHE performance

  • Promote and embed proactive safety culture across the terminal

Incident Management & Emergency Preparedness

  • Analyze incident trends and recommend improvement actions to management

  • Plan, organize and monitor emergency drills and exercises

  • Support the terminal in actual emergencies or crisis situations

  • Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of SHE incidents, performance metrics and improvement programs

Continuous Improvement

  • Implement SHE initiatives and Must‑Win‑Battles (MWBs)

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for SHE improvement based on data and operational insights

  • Drive SHE excellence and culture across all terminal operations

What We Expect From You
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in safety, health and environment management within a similar industry

  • WSH Level C Certification (mandatory)

  • Certified Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) – MOM registered

  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM) – SCDF registered

  • Strong SHE leadership with the ability to demonstrate and role‑model exemplary safety behaviors

  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

  • Ability to influence and motivate employees and contractors toward proactive safety culture

  • Willingness and flexibility to be deployed to any terminal in Singapore, depending on operational rotation
