Services Account Executives (Services and Solutions Sales Specialist)

Your responsibilities include identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities across Dell's diverse services portfolio, which encompasses professional services, consulting products, and outsourcing services. You will work alongside a field-based team to help clients unlock the potential of next-generation services worldwide.

Join us in Mumbai/Bangalore as a Services Account Executive (Services and Solutions Sales Specialist) within our Services Sales Team and contribute to making a profound social impact while excelling in your career.

Your main objective as a Services Account Executive will be to drive the growth of our Services Portfolio, including Advisory Consulting, Managed Services, and Deployment & Support. You will align business objectives with customer needs across various technology domains, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders, from IT Managers to CXOs. Your role involves championing transparency, customer advocacy, and executing strategic Professional Services plans within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:
  • Selling services to decision-makers, purchasing groups, and IT influencers, with exposure to CIO- and CTO-level stakeholders
  • Qualifying leads, developing client proposals and presentations, creating customer value propositions, and effectively communicating Dell Technologies Services capabilities
  • Coordinating resources, sales, service delivery, and operations to meet customer needs, including governance reviews and approvals for new business opportunities
  • Demonstrating strategic thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges
  • Building strong customer relationships and showcasing exceptional collaboration skills
Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of field sales experience with a bachelor's degree and a strong background in services advisory consulting
  • Strong acumen in services sales and the ability to manage relationships across all stakeholders in an account, with a solid understanding of various technology domains
  • Proficiency in articulating services offerings technically and possessing strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate the services sales motion with hygiene, transparency, and rigor
Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to contribute to the customer's long-term strategic vision and understanding operational issues and solutions
  • Financial acumen to effectively solution deals with milestones
