- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and other relevant web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow Glide API and other ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Portal development.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITSM and/or CMDB.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, or GRC.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
