A recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a candidate for a role that involves evaluating operational objectives and ensuring project completion within budget. The ideal applicant should hold a degree in engineering and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include reviewing business operations, preparing training materials, and implementing continuous improvements. Review, evaluate and identify operational objectives by understanding overall business operations (e.g., analysing functions, collecting relevant data, assessing output requirements).
Create workflow charts and process diagrams based on operational requirements.
Prepare technical reports summarising information, highlighting business trends and identifying areas for improvement.
Implement continuous improvements via periodic reviews, analysis, and enhancement of processes and systems.
Identify operational problems and recommend appropriate control measures.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and in compliance with required standards—including project planning, coordination, resource management, budget monitoring, timeline tracking, contract handling, and stakeholder communication.
Prepare and update training materials for internal stakeholders.
Recommend well-structured data and insights to management for further analysis and decision-making.
Conduct ad-hoc investigations or analysis for ongoing or one-time operational issues.
Any other duties as assigned.
Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
