Responsibilities

• Plan and assign sub-contractors and manpower for maintenance work.
• Manage sub-contractor for maintenance and servicing works.
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance.
• Perform routine checks and troubleshooting.
• Record maintenance data and generate service report.
• Provide engineering solutions to Facility Management.

• Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
• Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
• Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
• Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
• Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
• Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
• Others ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications
