Genista Ln - Robusta Coffee (Bendemeer / Lavender)

We are hiring a Part time onsite Barista role at Bendemeer, Singapore. If interested, this role can extend to a remote Barista ^ (Live Station) across Singapore.

At Genista Ln, we are all about the kampung vibes - warmth, empathy and the joy of serving the community. We’re also a relatively young team (millennials that are trying to be genZ) that’s fun, energetic and passionate about creating a rocket ship brand!

Note: Genista Ln team is not a halal establishment, but we’re a meat‑free operation.

Responsibilities

• Specialty coffee brewing & local‑style beverage brewing skills.
• Simple toast /eggs / pastries preparation.
• Cashiering duties, daily closing of books.
• Stock check, inventory management.
• Serving customer food and drinks.
• Daily operations - open / close, serving, turnaround tables.
• Ad‑hoc tasks (preparation for live‑station events, partake in social media shoots)

Job Requirements

• Customer service attitude.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays (mainly for events)
• Able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week (i.e. 3x 8‑hour shifts at the least)
• Able to commit to at least 3 months
