Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Assist customers with menu choices and provide recommendations
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitude
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operations
• Restock and replenish service items as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements
