Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior UGC Operations Specialist to lead and scale our social media and UGC ecosystem for game products. This role will be responsible for building and operating overseas social media channels from scratch, driving content growth, community engagement, and brand visibility across major global platforms.
You will work closely with product, community, publishing, and external creators to amplify game exposure and support product growth through high-quality content and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Channel Operations (Core Responsibility)
- Own the end-to-end operations of official social media accounts for UGC game products across
- Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X(Twitter), and TikTok
- Build overseas social media channels from 0 to 1, including account positioning, content direction, and operational framework
- Develop and execute content strategies and growth plans to continuously improve reach, engagement, and follower growth
2. Content Planning & Execution
- Lead top ideation and content planning, including short-form videos, long-form videos, and visual posts
- Create content aligned with product updates, in-game events, marketing milestones, and platform trends
- Coordinate the full content production process (scripting, editing, thumbnails, posting schedules)
- Ensure content effectively supports game promotion and brand objectives
3. Data Analysis & Growth Optimization
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth rates
- Optimize content direction and publishing strategies based on data insights
- Summarize and systematize successful content patterns to build reusable operational playbooks
4. Creator & External Collaboration (Strong Communication Skills Required)
- Manage day-to-day communication with KOLs, content creators, and UGC developers
- Handle collaboration onboarding, content alignment, and guideline communication
- Ensure creator content aligns with brand tone, platform rules, and campaign objectives
- This role is not sales‑driven, but requires professional, clear, and structured external communication
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, community, and publishing teams to maximize content impact and product visibility
- Support integrated campaigns and cross-team initiatives to enhance overall marketing effectiveness
Requirements
Must-have Qualifications
- Social media operations experience as a primary job responsibility
- Strong understanding of content mechanisms and algorithms across overseas platforms
- Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X(Twitter), TikTok
- Proven experience in building and scaling social media accounts from 0 to 1
- Excellent content planning and creative execution skills, with a strong sense of what drives engagement
- Solid business communication skills, especially in coordinating with creators and partners
- Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of overseas GenZ user behavior and content trends
- Basic knowledge of advertising monetization or content commercialization is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and/or written) is a strong advantage
- Experience in Roblox, UGC games, or the gaming industry
- Hands‑on experience with KOL collaborations, Creator Campaigns, or account co‑promotion initiatives
