Job Summary

To provide the skills in the various technical disciplines to support the Facilities Management & Engineering functions in order to provide an effective & efficient operation of the building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day work order rectification, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of all building/facilities equipment and systems.
  • Supervise contractors in alterations, construction, renovations, installations, A&A projects and repairing of equipment and systems.
  • Perform day-to-day inspection and maintain daily logs of operational issues, corrective and preventive activities on facilities and systems, including electrical, mechanical and infrastructure.
  • Perform tasks or duties consistent with the established safety rules and procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Higher Nitec, Nitec or its equivalent in electrical, mechanical or facilities operations management.
  • Relevant experience in plant facility, hospitality, property management operation and maintenance environment would be advantageous.
Skills
  • Willingness to perform 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and after office hours as required.
  • Able to work independently at site and interface well with users.
  • Potential to lead teams and manage external vendors.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
