PURPOSE

Provides technical implementation and support for a number of modules within an application suite.

What will you do

Capture customer requirements and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Support application implementation, maintenance, and user acceptance testing.

Draft technical documentation and elevate risks / issues impacting deliverables.

Apply IT security, system integration, and hardware knowledge to solutions.

Manage Windows Server, IIS, VMware, SQL, and basic scripting tasks.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years experience in implementation or support of infrastructure platforms application deployments implementing systems and modules with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Participate user workshops to capture and understand customer requirements.

Work with multiple stakeholders during the project life cycle and actively involved in all project meetings.

Provide maintenance and support of applications implemented.

Understand SITA methodologies and practices.

Draft technical documentation that helps the maintenance of application.

Escalate risks and issues that pose a significant impact to deliverables.

Support implementation of application and user acceptance testing.

Understand the concept of IT security and its application to systems architecture.

Good understanding of system integration and hardware.

Expert understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating system, installation, troubleshooting, Windows clustering, and domain controllers.

Understanding of IIS web.

Understanding of VMware concept.

Understanding of SQL installation, clustering, always on and DB maintenance.

Basic understanding of scripting languages like HTML, JavaScript, XML is recommended.
