Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all installed systems and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and resolution to teams for issues and incidents.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution and system security testing.
