Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, provide injections, and dress wounds as part of the nursing care process. Offer compassionate and comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Deliver high standards of care through the full nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care to support long-term well-being.
- Ensure adherence to professional nursing practices and collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver integrated, patient-centered, and cost-effective care.
- Mentor and orient junior nurses, fostering a supportive environment that promotes optimal patient care and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Assist Nurse Manager or Senior Staff Nurse in implementing and executing both clinical and administrative tasks related to ward operations.
- Provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and ethical guidelines to ensure quality and safety.
- Document and report on patient conditions, progress, and nursing interventions, contributing to effective care management and decision-making.
- Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as delegated by the Nursing Division to meet the hospital's evolving needs.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing/Advanced Diploma In Nursing
- SNB registered Senior/ Staff Nurse
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in tertiary hospital/ relevant industry is preferred
