Our Group Wine Director is an Advanced Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers Europe, with a wealth of experience under his belt.

We are looking for talented hospitality professionals to join the Sommer team led by this remarkable individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, tailoring recommendations to guests’ needs and guiding guests through the wine selection process
  • Oversee the purchase and management of wine inventory, specially curating a list of unique wines that complements the overall service and culinary direction of the venue
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create a list of wine and food pairing menus
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and vintages
  • Mentor and coach restaurant team members on wine knowledge
  • Keeping abreast with the latest happenings in the industry, especially in the field of beverages and wines
Who we are looking for
