Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in mixed development or condo residential projects.
• Experience in projects with at least $100M in value is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review master construction program and prepare catch-up programs.
• Supervise Engineers/foremen to ensure compliance with quality procedures.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical difficulties.
• Prepare detailed method statements and work instructions for construction.
• Coordinate between sub-contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
