We are hiring a Senior Chef specialised in Shawarma, BBQ, and grilled meats, with strong skills in marination, roasting, and flavour control.
Handle shawarma rotisserie, BBQ grill & meat preparation
Prepare marinades, sauces, spice blends, and rubs
Maintain cooking temperatures and meat quality standards
Supervise assistants at grill & shawarma stations
Control daily meat stock usage and yield
Ensure SOP compliance for grilling & shawarma preparation
Proven experience in Shawarma & BBQ
Knowledge of meat cuts, marination & grilling techniques
Minimum 8+ years experience
Ability to manage high-volume service
Strong sense of food safety & consistency
