Job description

Security

1. Management of Fire Command Centre (FCC)
2. Monitoring of CCTVs, including Lift Monitoring Panel & Carpark Management system
3. Control of ingress and egress of Hotel
4. Management of Visitor Management System
5. Incident Management (On-site)
6. Incident Management (Investigations)
7. Collating of Information for Investigation Purposes
8. Submission of Security Incident Reports
9. Conduct Security Patrols to provide Security presence
10. To conduct filing for Security documents
11. To render required assistance to guests, members of public & staff
12. To provide First-Aid for any injuries sustained in Hotel premises
13. Any instructions or tasks as assigned or directed by the Management

Fire Safety

1. Conduct fire safety walkabouts to detect fire hazards
2. Compile and collate a list of fire hazards for submission
3. Respond to emergency calls within 5 minutes of activation
4. Ensure all fire safety equipment are available
5. Ensure all fire safety equipment are tested and in good working condition
6. Ensure all fire exits are free from obstruction
7. To adhere to Fire Safety Manager instructions in compliance to Government Regulations
