A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Senior Security Officer to manage and ensure the safety of hotel guests and staff. The role involves using security equipment, monitoring CCTV, and responding to emergencies, ensuring a secure environment. Candidates should possess a minimum GCE 'N' Level, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and be fluent in English. The position offers a dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Use essential company issued equipment such as Mobitalk, Bluetooth device, torchlight, and pocket mask during duty
Assist with duties at the Hotel Security Control Room when tasked
Ensure all official security documents are handled accurately in accordance to SOP
Manage the Visitor Management and Casual Labour Systems and keep vigilance at the pass counters where colleagues, part‑timers, casual labours, vendors, contractors, and visitors check in
Monitor CCTV coverage within the hotel property and highlight any issues observed
Perform patrol on guest floors and the heart of house
Coordinate Nigh Transport for collegues
Respond to all security, safety and medical emergencies as soon as possible when assistance is required
Be part of the Hotel Emergency Action Team (HEAT Team) / Company Emergency Response Team (CERT Team) to respond to emergencies
Conduct inventory checks of keys and passes
Handle Loss & Found, Safe Box and Door Lock Issues
Provide lift control and VIP escort
Perform First Aid/CPR/AED if required
Gather and document information and facts upon responding to security, safety and medical emergencies
Minimum GCE 'N' Level
At least 1 year of relevant hotel experience or private security law enforcement
Fluent in English
Knowledge of 2nd Language
Proficient in reading and writing
PLRD License
Minimum Security Officer Certification required by local authorities
Possess occupational First Aid and AED
Basic Fire‑Fighting
Conversant with various Hotel Security Systems
Ability to react fast in situations
Interpersonal Skills
