Job Responsibilities

• Promote safe and effective use of company’s products to healthcare professionals
• Develop, plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives of the company
• Expand target customer base by securing new customer accounts or new product users
• Build strong rapport and maintain continuous support from existing accounts
• Develop promotional materials
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a timely manner and in compliance with relevant company SOPs
• Provide market intelligence and competitor information on a regular basis
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of all reports and documentation as assigned
• Any other ad‑hoc duties that may be assigned in promoting the company’s products

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Science/Health-related or equivalent
• 3–5 years working experience as sales & marketing personnel in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
