We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Returns Analyst to join our agile, pod-based RMA team. This role is critical in managing Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes end-to-end, with a focus on supporting customers who prefer to communicate in Mandarin. The ideal candidate will also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with data insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain customer-specific RMA dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel.
Analyze RMA trends, failure modes, and turnaround times to identify improvement opportunities.
Present data-driven insights to internal stakeholders and customers during reviews or escalations.
Serves as the primary RMA contact for customers who prefer Mandarin, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Manage RMA cases through the full lifecycle: intake, Failure Analysis (FA), Customer Failure Analysis (CFA), repair, rework, and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, Engineering, Operations) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Operate within a cross-functional pod structure to ensure agility, load balancing, and redundancy.
Participate in daily pod stand-ups, case reviews, and retrospectives to drive team performance.
Support pod-level metrics tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and basic SQL.
Familiarity with Jira workflows and ticketing systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, pod-based team environment.
Experience working with Chinese OEMs or customers in the semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of FA/CFA processes and root cause analysis methodologies.
Comfortable presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capabilities
Ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent project management skill including planning, execution and reporting.
Technical proficiency in data analytic and system integration.
Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
Flexibility to work across time zones and manage frequent travel demands.
