Role Overview

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Quess Singapore, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment activities for our clients. This is a consultative, client-facing role that requires strong business acumen, relationship management, and market knowledge. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing high-quality talent, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Delivery
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from gathering client requirements to candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Use a mix of sourcing strategies, including job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting, to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to assigned clients, providing market insights and candidate availability updates.
  • Ensure timely communication and high-quality delivery to meet client expectations and SLAs.
  • Partner with account managers to explore new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.
3. Market & Business Intelligence
  • Stay updated on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide value-added insights to clients.
  • Share market intelligence with internal stakeholders to support workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.
4. Process Excellence & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as required.
Key Skills & Attributes
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, preferably in General Staffing or IT Staffing.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and headhunting.
  • Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or staffing environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering high-quality placements.
