Job description

Our client is seeking a skilled and responsible Radiographer to perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently perform radiological examinations and produce diagnostic-quality images in accordance with professional and safety standards.
  • Verify patient identity and ensure the correct body area is imaged as requested.
  • Review images for diagnostic accuracy and proper patient identification before releasing the patient.
  • Provide appropriate care and assistance to patients based on their condition and clinical needs.
  • Select and apply suitable radiographic techniques to achieve optimal imaging results.
  • Ensure all radiological equipment and accessories are properly maintained, functional, and ready for use.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the procedure and examination rooms.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), radiation safety regulations, and professional guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient patient service delivery.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Diagnostic Imaging, Diagnostic Radiography, or a related field.
  • Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) and National Environment Agency (NEA) as a radiation worker.
  • Proficient in X-ray (including DEXA Scans) and Mammography.
  • Experience in Ultrasound, CT, or MRI is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and patient care.
  • Willingness to work on a rostered schedule.
Work Schedule
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am 5:30pm or 9:00am 6:00pm (based on roster)
  • Saturday: 8:30am 12:30pm
