Responsibilities

• Prepare and review subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, unit rates, and schedules of rates.
• Record and tabulate MERFs raised by engineers.
• Monitor MERFs against quantities stated in the sales orders and purchase orders to prevent cost or material overruns.
• Verify tax invoices and delivery orders to ensure unit rates align with agreed schedules of rates in the PO/SO.
• Prepare monthly overall cost reports for internal review.
• Prepare and review monthly progress claims to clients, with work progress verification conducted by relevant parties.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain three quotations for variation order (VO) purposes.
