Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a candidate to lead and manage a QA/QC team in Singapore. Responsibilities include ensuring project quality standards, providing training on façade-related works, and implementing internal quality control systems. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in a related field and has experience with Contractors in façade installation works. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.

• Assess construction processes and procedures, offering feedback and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish, implement, and monitor internal quality control systems.
• Collaborate closely with production and site management teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Prepare monthly quality analysis and reports for management on site and project activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in related field is preferable.
• Preferable experience in working with Contractors, and Civil/Building in façade installation works.
