Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage full project scope, schedule, cost baseline and ensure alignment with organizational project management frameworks.
• Lead planning activities, including workstream plans, resource allocation, requirement gathering, stakeholder consultations and deliverables definition.
• Coordinate with Project Developer, Internal Customer and Project Owner to finalize scope, functional requirements, conceptual design and FEED development.
• Monitor and control project performance (scope, cost, schedule, KPIs) and seek approval for deviations.
• Identify, evaluate and manage project risks, run mitigation workshops, maintain and update the risk register.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across the Project Team, internal stakeholders, global departments, and external authorities.
• Lead the technical team from project identification through evaluation, ensuring timely involvement of cross-functional experts.
• Oversee project execution, including capex control, SHE (Safety, Health, Environment), quality, documentation, mechanical completion and commissioning support.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring engagement, alignment, conflict resolution and timely/safe project delivery.
• Conduct project close-out and post-implementation review, ensuring lessons learned, documentation completion, tests, certificates and project handover.
