Job Description
  • Support the development and coordination of product workflows and operational processes
  • Manage day-to-day delivery activities across internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in planning, documenting and executing product and system improvements
  • Monitor platform performance, user feedback and operational metrics
  • Contribute to continuous process optimisation and operational efficiency
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination across relevant stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Translate product and operational requirements into structured tasks and action plans
  • Coordinate activities across product, engineering and operational teams
  • Maintain documentation, process guidelines and workflow standards
  • Track progress of deliverables, identify issues and support resolution
  • Manage vendor and service-provider relationships where required
  • Review data and system performance to support operational decision-making
  • Conduct basic user research and feedback collection to inform improvements
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for internal stakeholders
