Job summary

A healthcare institution in Singapore is looking for a pharmacy assistant. You will assist in the packing and dispensing of medications, maintain inventory levels, and deliver exceptional customer service at Pharmacy stations. Ideal candidates will hold a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or a related certification, possess strong customer service skills, and be able to work in a dynamic environment. Experience is not mandatory, and shifts will rotate, including weekends.

• Assist in packing of medication, dispensing and distribution activities
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels of all pharmaceutical items
• Provide optimal customer service level at all Pharmacy stations
• Check and replace short expiry drugs in emergency trolley

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, or a recognised dispensing certificate
• Meticulous and organised, able to multi-task and work in teams
• Good customer service and front-line skills
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Computer literate, ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and manage patient registration
• Must be able to commit to perform 3 rotating shifts with non-fix weekend off (Raffles24 Acute & Critical Care)
