• Extensive experience in operations with proven years in management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP clinical trial packaging and supply chain.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities; Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to a dynamic operations team.
• Manage staffing and planning using S&OP data to meet production demands.
• Maintain audit‑ready standards and uphold EHS regulations.
• Monitor KPIs, implement continuous improvement strategies, and maximize efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders across QA, PM, and Supply Chain to achieve delivery goals.
• Coach, mentor and develop your team for long‑term success.
