Your day at NTT DATA

As a Senior Networking Technology Sales Specialist at NTT DATA, you will use your expertise to pursue and secure qualified leads, working closely with our Client Management team and other departments. As a Sales Specialist, you are also responsible for generating your own pipeline and opportunities within your assigned client base. You'll identify new opportunities within existing accounts and present tailored solutions that meet client needs, showcasing our value propositions and innovative revenue models.

In this role, you will spend a significant amount of time directly engaging with clients at various levels within their organizations, as well as collaborating with our internal subject matter experts. You'll contribute to the pre‑sales process by working with pre‑sales architects to create optimal solutions while also building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Your deep knowledge of networking technology will support the closure of sales. You'll address any conceptual challenges during the sales process and consistently bring meaningful conversations to the table. By keeping an eye on the competitive landscape, you will help define and execute sales strategies that not only meet but exceed market demands.

Working with technology vendors, you'll ensure a thorough understanding of their solutions and how they contribute to our offerings. You will articulate client solutions that focus on deliverables rather than products, preparing and conducting engaging workshops and presentations. By understanding our clients' business goals, you will personalize recommendations and drive sales processes smoothly to closure.

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology/systems, sales, or a related field.
