The Role

Fenergo is seeking a senior marketing professional to join its Regional Demand Generation take your career to the next level with clear and meaningful outcomes then this just might be the role for you.

The Demand Generation Team consists of professionals across Sales Business Development Marketing and with support from Central Marketing Teams this Regional Demand Generation team is responsible for generating high quality and high‑intent demand in our core ICP accounts that will translate into funnel and pipeline.

As a Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving pipeline generation and brand presence across key markets in the region including Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines. With ownership over specific market segments you will plan, organise and execute online and offline initiatives from email marketing campaigns, webinars and events to Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programmes in close collaboration with Sales, BDR, Global Marketing and Product Marketing teams.

You will design and deliver go‑to‑market and marketing plans that generate tangible results, ensure alignment with regional sales goals and strengthen Fenergo’s leadership position in the financial technology, financial crime and client lifecycle management space across APAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy: Own the creation and delivery of marketing plans aligned with APAC business priorities ensuring measurable growth and demand generation
  • Demand generation: Create high quality demand from local campaigns and events that can convert into funnel and pipeline.
  • Pipeline acceleration: Monitor funnel progress for APAC ensuring lead quality and quantity and work closely with sales to accelerate opportunities.
  • ABM leadership: Drive Account‑Based Marketing programmes for priority accounts and implement scalable demand‑generation tactics for broader segments.
  • End‑to‑end digital campaign management: Lead the execution of multi‑channel campaigns from market research and positioning through to creative execution and performance tracking.
  • Event coordination: Oversee APAC events webinars and roundtables collaborating with the global events team and evaluating third‑party opportunities to maximize ROI.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with sales BDRs product marketing partner marketing and operations to ensure seamless go‑to‑market execution.
  • Budget & project management: Manage budgets timelines and KPIs with accountability for ROI and program effectiveness.
Desired Experience
  • 7 years of proven experience in marketing with measurable success in B2B technology
  • Proven experience operating independently in a regional role within a global organisation headquartered in Europe
  • Strong background in campaign execution and event management within APAC markets
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (CRM), Marketo (marketing automation), Demandbase and On24 (or equivalents) is strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess ROI, optimise performance and provide clear reporting
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, stakeholders and timelines effectively
  • A hands‑on approach willing to roll up sleeves and make things happen.
  • Providing thought leadership and sound advice to our regional GTM teams to ensure their success as well as ensuring Global teams have awareness of regional nuances
