Summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule marketing campaigns for promotions and product awareness
• Manage online and media platforms (Facebook, Website, SGcarmart, Carousell, Marketing Blast)
• Develop artwork, creatives, and marketing materials for campaigns and events
• Write advertising copy to engage target audiences
• Assign and follow up leads via CRM within 1 hour (including weekends)
• Manage enquiries via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and phone calls
• Prepare weekly marketing reports by department
• Perform graphic design using Canva and Adobe (when required)
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
