Job description

The individual in this role plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and financial success. This position involves strategizing, analyzing data, and implementing initiatives to achieve and exceed financial targets and will support the Director of Sales aiming to achieve revenue targets for Club-wide entities. The incumbent is also expected to examine diverse revenue streams and endeavor to penetrate potential market segments. The core sales portfolio will be Integrated Waterpark Resort (Wild Wild Wet & D’Resort) sales and sales KPIs will be measured.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth for Wild Wild Wet and D\'Resort through corporate partnerships, event bookings, and innovative product offerings; require strong client engagement, cross-functional coordination, and strategic planning to position both venues as premier destinations for leisure and corporate events.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement sales plans to promote Wild Wild Wet and D\'Resort to corporate clients, unions, travel agents, and event organizers
    • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation channels, including digital platforms and industry networks
    • Pitch packages such as Wet Suit and Family Day to B2B
  • Client Engagement & Account Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
    • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and post-sale coordination with venue ops
    • Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery
    • Oversee the handover and execution of confirmed events, liaising with internal teams (F&B, guest services, logistics)
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
    • Provide sales pipeline updates via Salesforce
    • Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to business optimization discussions
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Proven experience in events or hospitality sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and good networking skills are essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitors
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce is an added advantage
  • Good working knowledge in the leisure and entertainment industry
