Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our total rewards strategy.
This role will develop an integrated framework for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness, equity, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will use market insights and data analytics to deliver innovative solutions that attract, retain, and engage top talent, while strengthening our employer brand and driving long‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards framework aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
- Ensure integration of compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs to support employee engagement and business performance.
Compensation Management
- Lead annual performance management, salary review, and incentive cycles.
- Oversee long‑term incentive plans and share award administration.
Benefits & Well‑being
- Review and recommend innovative benefits and wellness programs to enhance employee experience and employer branding.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
Policy Development & Governance
- Develop, communicate, and maintain total rewards policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Analytics & Insights
- Use data analytics to monitor market competitiveness, program effectiveness, and cost impact.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in a large business organization with complex / multiple diverse business streams.
Required Skills
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Possess a keen ability to balance the needs of the organization with those of the employees, ensuring competitive compensation packages and comprehensive benefits offerings that attract and retain top talent.
- Detail oriented, able to work independently and takes initiative.
- Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
- Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
