Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager (Marketing & Sales) to lead a regional team and drive value creation across South-East Asia, Oceania, and India. This role requires strong commercial acumen, team leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple markets, including close coordination with our Japan Headquarter.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the regional sales team to achieve Sales Budget, Sales Efficiency, and Plan of Actions (POA) KPIs, ensuring measurable business growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence and strengthen key customer relationships across South-East Asia, Oceania, and India.
  • Oversee full sales operations to maintain consistency and drive performance excellence within the team.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM accuracy for key customer accounts to support effective sales management and decision-making.
  • Implement structured reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management processes to enhance operational transparency and predictability.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing activities for Electronics and Chemical-related products to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align product and marketing initiatives with market needs and company strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values.
  • Oversee human capital planning and capability development to ensure the team’s skills meet long-term business goals.
  • Engage effectively with cross-cultural teams and international stakeholders, including close coordination with Japan Headquarter, to drive regional alignment and success.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably within Chemicals, Electronics, or related industrial sectors.
  • Proven track record in CRM management and key account development to drive customer retention and growth.
