JOB DESCRIPTION
Digital Transformation & Strategy:
- Define and drive digital transformation strategy and roadmap that modernizes museum operations, enhances visitor experiences, and aligns with the company's long-term vision
- Support and partner leadership to ensure sustainable business value realization through the implementation of data and digital solutions
Data Management & Analytics:
- Oversee enterprise data governance, data quality, and data architecture frameworks
- Drive data analytics initiatives through digital transformation to support decision-making and business intelligence.
Project Management & Change Management:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring timely and budget compliant delivery by cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment between digital strategies and business objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics, risk assessments and service level agreements
- Effectively communicate the vision, goals, and performance results to senior management, securing buy-in and navigating expectations to ensure successful execution.
- Support the promotion of a culture of innovation by assisting with digital adoption, training programs, and change management strategies across teams
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation, data management, preferably within the cultural, public, or museum sector.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital tools, platforms, operating systems and frameworks (e.g., CRM, data analytics software, AI solutions, cloud computing). Skilled in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting PC, network issues, various enterprise applications. Ability to write scripts to automate routine tasks.
- Analytical and Problem-solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage with external vendors and partners.
- Project Management: Adept at managing multiple projects and delivering results within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Knowledge of Military History/Museums: Familiarity with the operations or content of military museums is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP is preferred. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
