A university division in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to oversee student wellness initiatives and manage daily operations in the Student Wellness Section. The successful candidate will possess a relevant degree and at least 10 years of experience in social work or related fields. The Access and Wellness Division in the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) cultivates caring student life communities that empower every student’s unique learning journey and embraces growth beyond academics— supporting personal development, fostering meaningful peer connections, and providing comprehensive socioemotional care through managing distress, transitions, and navigating institutional processes. The candidate will lead the Student Wellness Section and work closely with the Division Head to champion student wellness in NUS. He/She will oversee day-to-day operations of the Section, provide executive leadership for wellness strategies and initiatives, compliance, and quality assurance; identify and meet staffing requirements for efficient operations, and maintain a strong and supportive work culture that attracts, develops and retains talent.
