Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the mechanical and electrical (M&E) works. Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in building and construction projects.
• MEP design experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor progress and performance of M&E works, identifying deviations and issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards for M&E systems.
• Involve in planning and technical coordination of M&E services installation work.
• Supervise and liaise closely with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities for design approval.
• Ensure adherence to construction procedures and safe work practices.
