Job summary

A construction management firm based in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to oversee technical and engineering matters on-site. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, performing quality checks, and liaising with clients and subcontractors. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant diploma or degree and at least two years of experience in a similar role, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. Experience with HDB BTO projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
• Able to use Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Experience in HDB BTO Project will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
• Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks.
• Perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works.
• Review design M&E drawings and identify discrepancies.
• Ensure all materials used are as per specifications.
• Preparation of reports as required.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and authorities.
