Job Summary

  • In this role, you will participate in and manage complex financial analysis reports and projects in support of the Technology organization. Using a broad knowledge of financial practices and procedures, you will provide strategy recommendations to management.
Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the APAC CIO and Regional Market CIOs for the totality of their Technology spend.
  • Prepare standardized monthly reporting and analysis in accordance with broader Technology Finance requirements.
  • Present variance analysis (e.g. plan vs. actuals and forecast, multi-year trends) to APAC Senior Technology leadership and APAC Finance stakeholders. Identify significant items requiring further investigation. Perform follow-up investigation and suggest problem resolution.
  • Build multi-year forecasting in partnership with Technology teams.
  • Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of all reports and analyses produced.
  • Understand and provide guidance on chargeback components for the APAC region.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements to processes, controls and technology systems related to functions being performed.
  • Availability for non-standard hours as requested.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting) required.
  • CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of finance experience.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.
  • Communicate well with own team and across organizational boundaries to ensure the successful completion of shared goals.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and able to communicate issues and trends to senior management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.
  • Solid understanding of Finance Tools and Analytical Methods.
  • Prior experience with Apptio is a plus.
